A good festival deserves good, sustainable food.

Coline Llobet is a Lyon-based chef and expert in the catering of food from around the world; she will show us how she goes about preparing tasty, nutritious and healthy food using local and organic ingredients. We’ll also talk to Ana Marija Garafol, organic farmer (Na Samini) and tireless advocate of organic produce, about the importance of sustainable and local food supply, the threats to farmland, and the urgent need to redirect agriculture to regenerative and responsible methods of production. Iva Hari from Društvo Divja will also be on hand to open up the wonders of Slovenia’s forests and meadows as a source of ‘wild food’, and present her vision of a society based on the common management of agricultural land.
