WORKSHOP
The workshop will take place on the basis of three case studies and open discussion.
Many mechanisms for the circulation of artists exist or have existed in Europe. We will take advantage of the multiple and varied expertise of the delegation to question the impact and relevance of these devices, and reflect together to invent and develop new ways to improve this circulation.
