Fusing urban dance forms with African dance styles from more than 20 Ugandan traditional dances, plus styles from Senegal, Rwanda, South Africa and Congo. By creating a fun and unique, fused groovy texture, we will explore the basics of several African dances, from grounding and undulation to vibration. This will be a motivating and energetic class that is expressive, easy to follow, and a chance to be as one and get to know each other.
