Visitor information

• Druga Godba works with the authorised ticketing provider PROGRAMSKI ATELJE A & Z, d.o.o. (mojekarte.si). Tickets for all events are sold exclusively via mojekarte.si, unless stated otherwise for a specific event.
• Please note that Druga Godba is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or third parties.

• All tickets are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances or in cases of force majeure, tickets may be exchanged for another Druga Godba event upon request.
• Refunds are only issued in the event of a cancellation or if the event date is changed.

BUYING TICKETS

• Online  – via mojekarte.si, vstopnice.cd-cc.si …
• Authorised sales outlets – including Cankarjev dom, Petrol, Trafika 3DVA and others
• At event venues, from one hour before the start of the programme
• At the Druga Godba office – by prior arrangement via pr@drugagodba.si

• A limited number of discounted tickets is available for selected events for students, pensioners, and anyone aged under 25 or over 65. For full details, please check individual event pages or visit drugagodba.si/en/tickets.
• You’ll need to show valid proof of eligibility at the venue. If you’re unable to provide it, you may be asked to pay the difference up to the full ticket price valid on the day of the event.

Please note that discounts do not apply to festival passes.

• Tickets for visitors who use a wheelchair are free of charge. One accompanying person is also entitled to a free ticket.
• All tickets for wheelchair users and their companions must be reserved in advance by emailing pr@drugagodba.si no later than three working days before the event. Instructions on how to collect your tickets will be sent to you by email.

• Holders of the European Disability Card are entitled to a 50% discount on tickets for all events organised by Druga Godba. To receive a discount code, please contact pr@drugagodba.si and include proof of eligibility (a photo or scan of your card).
• Please note that this discount does not apply to festival passes.

• If an event is cancelled or its date is changed, ticket holders are entitled to a refund.
• Cancelled events: Refunds for purchased tickets can be requested up to one month from the original event date.
• Rescheduled events: Refunds can be requested up to and including the new date of the event.
• Tickets for rescheduled events remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of a cancellation, date change, or changes to the lineup or programme, any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel, accommodation, ticketing fees, or delivery charges) will not be refunded.

• Entry to the venue is allowed with a printed (print@home) ticket or an electronic ticket stored on a mobile phone or other portable device.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the programme.
